Join Empowering Learning as a Digital Learning Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Learning Leader to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy that ensures pupils are able to fully utilize information technology in order to access high-quality teaching and learning inside and outside the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the IT Helpdesk and Infrastructure team to ensure they carry out their duties effectively and receive adequate support, guidance, and training.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate technology into the curriculum and improve teaching and learning outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and innovations and make recommendations for their adoption.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff, and students.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
