About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Police Enquiry Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our community and ensuring the effective reporting of crimes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to enquiries and providing information on policing responsibilities and procedures.
  • Act as the first point of contact for reported crimes and incidents, receiving and recording information accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the public, building trust and confidence in our organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Knowledge of policing procedures and legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
