Director of Technology Partnerships

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our technology partnerships efforts. As a key member of our CTO organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with major wireless OEMs to drive innovation and deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow our relationships with key OEM partners across DAS, RAN, Core, Wi-Fi, and Network Infrastructure
- Develop and execute strategic engagement plans at national and local levels, including targeted verticals and business development initiatives
- Provide regular performance reporting and analysis to stakeholders, including scorecards, business reviews, and funnel reviews
- Align and coordinate OEM management with global teams
- Represent Boldyn Networks in industry organizations and verticals, such as WIA, OnGo Alliance, and O-RAN Alliance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop product offerings and negotiate agreements with OEMs
- Engage in strategic RFPs to negotiate favorable outcomes and deliver compelling solutions
- Develop and maintain a technology partnership framework, including performance management and reporting
- At least 10 years of experience working with wireless telecom and Wi-Fi OEMs
- Proven track record of managing suppliers and developing relationships with partners in the wireless telecom and Wi-Fi industries
- Relevant experience working with wireless network teams and knowledge of 3GPP, Wi-Fi, and networking protocols and architectures
- Executive-level engagement experience with OEMs and cross-functional leadership experience
- At least 15 years of combined wireless and Wi-Fi industry experience
- Bachelor of Science in a related field or equivalent experience
