This is an exciting opportunity to join Realise HR as a Manufacturing Team Leader, where you will play a key role in driving productivity and customer service improvements in a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, engage, and coach a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
- Advocate for health and safety/environmental matters, ensuring risks are minimised and preventative actions are in place.
- Ensure the quality of products is of the highest level, and work closely with teams to identify and implement preventative actions.
- Lead communication with the team, including regular meetings and updates.
- Provide clear expectations to direct reports, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and developmental opportunities.
- Manage team performance, conflict, and resource allocation to ensure production is not compromised.
- Compile figures for reporting and attend relevant meetings, escalating any issues in a timely manner.
- Work with cross-functional departments to ensure targets for efficiency, costs, and on-time delivery are met.
- Ensure policies and processes are followed with a fair and consistent approach.
