Join Our Team as a Team Leader 30hrs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at River Island. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on visual merchandising and store layout.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, stock levels, and other expenses.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide coaching and training to Sales Advisors to improve their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-ones to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store targets and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
