About the Role

You'll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure they're equipped to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive results
