- Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on visual merchandising and store layout.
- Manage stock levels and inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, stock levels, and other expenses.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Provide coaching and training to Sales Advisors to improve their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-to-ones to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve store targets and objectives.
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and procedures.
