We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Section Leader. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
