Team Leader 30hrs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at River Island. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading and managing a team of Sales Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure team members are aware of their responsibilities and goals.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards across the store.
- Operations and Administration
- Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Visual Merchandising and Display
- Ensure that all visual merchandising and display standards are met and maintained.
- Plan and implement visual displays and promotions to drive sales and attract customers.
- Monitor and improve visual merchandising and display standards across the store.
- Performance Management and Development
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Develop and implement plans to improve team member performance and productivity.
- Identify and address any performance issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
