About the Role

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Provide coaching and guidance to Sales Advisors to improve their performance and customer service skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
