Job Title: Team Leader 30hrs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at River Island. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors and ensuring that the store is run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard, including visual merchandising and stock levels.
  • Manage and control stock levels, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Knowledge of retail systems and processes, including stock management and inventory control.
