- Manage and oversee events on the day, including directing event setup, ensuring all facilities and equipment are in place, welcoming guests, organizing vendors, and ensuring events run to schedule.
- Identify areas for improvement, including process and cost efficiencies, to maximize employee engagement with events and employer brand.
We are looking for an experienced Employer Brand Manager who is passionate about promoting and developing employer brands. You will have a strong background in marketing, events, and communications, with a proven track record of delivering successful employer brand strategies.
You will be a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and attention to detail. You will also have excellent communication and media planning skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and show initiative.
You will be highly flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. You will also have strong relationship management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
You will be a project manager with experience in budget and cost tracking, with a strong understanding of employer brand performance metrics and KPIs.
