We're seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team on a temporary maternity cover, focusing on accelerating our energy business. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing brand strategy for GB, building on the success of Rockstar energy.

The Rockstar brand aims to make energy more accessible, partnering with music artists and Live Nation to bring the brand to a wider audience. This presents a significant growth opportunity.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with our International Beverages group to develop and execute the local brand strategy for Rockstar in the UK, ensuring plans are grounded in consumer insight and data-driven performance analysis.
  2. Lead communication and activation planning for the brand, leveraging consumer and shopper triggers to unlock sales and build long-term brand equity.
  3. Manage the Brand A&M budget, optimizing budget deployment to unlock brand opportunities.
  4. Oversee brand calendars and collaborate with the bottling partner to ensure timely and commercially strong in-market execution.
  5. Own local brand media and digital planning, utilizing media analytics to optimize.
  6. Lead local packaging development.
  7. Execute the Rockstar headline partnership and long-term relationship with Live Nation, including activation and comms planning.
Qualifications
  1. Desirable: Customer/Channel experience, ideally within FMCG.
  2. Strong strategic mindset, with proven ability to translate consumer and customer insight into plans that drive brand growth.
  3. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to see solutions in complex scenarios and lead others.
  4. Native collaboration skills and proven ability to galvanize cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to shape plans rooted in understanding of consumer, shopper, and customer, driving value across the brand.
  6. Strong drive for results, comfortable with embracing challenges and working at a fast pace with cross-functional teams.
  7. Real passion for marketing and high level of commercial acumen.
  8. Ability to be agile, manage change, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
