We're seeking a talented Brand Manager to join our team on a temporary maternity cover to accelerate our energy business. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing brand strategy for our Rockstar energy brand in the UK.

The Rockstar brand is on a mission to make energy more accessible. We're excited about our work in music and our partnerships with music artists and Live Nation to bring Rockstar Energy to the masses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with our International Beverages group to create and execute the local Brand strategy for the Rockstar brand in the UK, ensuring plans are rooted in clear consumer insight and data-driven performance analysis.
  2. Lead communication and activation planning for the brand, based on a clear understanding of consumer/shopper triggers and barriers to trial along the path to purchase.
  3. Manage Brand A&M budget, ensuring efficient budget deployment to unlock brand opportunities across the year.
  4. Lead the brand calendars and collaborate strongly with our bottling partner to ensure flawless, timely, and commercially strong in-market execution.
  5. Own local brand media & digital planning and use Media analytics to optimize.
  6. Lead local packaging development process.
  7. Execute Rockstar headline partnership and long-term relationship with Live Nation, including all activation and comms planning.
Requirements
  1. Customer/Channel experience desirable, ideally within FMCG.
  2. Strong strategic mindset, with proven ability to take consumer and customer insight and translate into plans that unlock brand growth.
  3. Problem-solving skills, with an ability to see solutions within complex scenarios and take others with you.
  4. Native collaboration skills and proven ability to galvanize cross-functional teams.
  5. Ability to shape plans rooted in understanding of consumer, shopper, and customer, with a view to driving value across the brand.
  6. Strong drive for results, comfortable with embracing challenges, and working at a fast pace with cross-functional teams.
  7. Real passion for Marketing, as well as high commercial acumen.
  8. Ability to be agile, manage change, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
