About the Role

We are seeking an Employer Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our employer brand strategy. This role will involve creating captivating content across various platforms, including social media, videos, and employee blogs, to promote our employer brand and support our overall employee value proposition (EVP).

The successful candidate will have strategic marketing experience, event planning skills, and the ability to analyse data to inform their decisions. They will also be able to work collaboratively with departments across AJ Bell to shape the way we are viewed by prospective and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our employer brand strategy to support our EVP
  • Generate content across various platforms to promote our employer brand
  • Work with departments across AJ Bell to shape our employer brand
  • Analyse data to inform decisions and track KPIs
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

Hybrid Working:
