About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Account Administrator to join our team at IForce. As a key member of our Client Services Team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Query Management: Manage and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all issues are logged and addressed accordingly.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assist in the creation and circulation of reports for Returns and E.fulfilment, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Client Communication: Manage the client inbox and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all client queries are addressed promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Account Executive and other team members, including processing corrections on orders, reviewing and issuing re-work instructions, and completing paperwork.
  • Wholesale Despatches: Support with wholesale despatches, including printing orders, completing paperwork, and maintaining labelling guidance.
  • Leave Cover: Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with client key contacts on a daily basis, ensuring that all communication is articulate and efficient.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience is desired, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Logistics Experience: Experience within a logistics/warehousing environment would be preferred, but not essential.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Confident communicator, able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
