Position Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Coordinator. This role involves managing all customer orders and inquiries, verifying production needs, and ensuring that all artwork and formulations are accurate. You will keep clients updated on timelines and maintain communication throughout the order process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily customer inquiries and correspondence
  • Provide quotes and assist in the completion of customer RFQs/tenders
  • Verify orders to ensure accuracy against quotes and previous orders
  • Generate Corrective Action Reports for customer-related issues and internal discrepancies, following through to resolution
  • Coordinate with production regarding capacity and lead times
  • Perform general administrative and reception tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Strong administrative background with meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Positive customer service attitude with excellent telephone skills
  • Experience in preparing precise and timely technical documentation
  • Ability to generate quotes
  • Technical aptitude with the capability to comprehend technical information
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
