Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Account Administrator to join our Client Services Team in Corby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing client queries, and assisting the Account Executive in delivering innovation and exceptional service levels.

Key Duties:

  • Manage client queries and log issues with site accordingly.
  • Assist with the creation and circulation of reports for both Returns and E.fulfillment in line with timeframes as specified.
  • Manage client inbox and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist clients' Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on Stock, CMO, Customer queries, Replenishment, Hamper builds, Returns, and E.fulfillment.
  • Process corrections on orders, review and issue of re-work instructions, corporate order management, orders in error corrections, and escalations, track sample requests, and other administrative tasks as outlined in the departmental SOPs.
  • Support with Wholesale despatches (printing orders, completing paperwork, and keeping labeling guidance up to date with support from clients).
  • Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues.
  • Liaise with client key contact on a daily basis in an articulate and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is desired.
  • Strong IT skills – competent in all Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Experience within a logistics/warehousing environment would be preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
  • Confident communicator to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic.
