Client Services Account Manager

Job Overview
We are currently in search of a Client Services Account Executive to enhance our Client Services division.
In this role, you will be pivotal in nurturing client relationships by delivering outstanding service, ensuring client satisfaction through innovative solutions and high service standards. As a primary contact for clients, both within the organization and externally, this position presents a diverse range of challenges and opportunities.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a schedule of Any 5 in 7 days, 09:00-17:00 hrs , offering a competitive salary and the chance to work with a leading organization in the industry.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive include:
Responding to and resolving client inquiries within set timeframes Identifying and escalating issues or complaints to the appropriate personnel, ensuring resolution and implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence Coordinating with relevant teams if procedures are not adhered to in any client-related area Monitoring service performance through reporting, ensuring timely distribution of report contents Understanding contracted KPIs and their implications, along with forecasting and performance monitoring Managing and updating Client Services Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Engaging with suppliers and external contacts as necessary Producing accurate client invoices and supporting documentation within expected timelines using the company’s financial systems Investigating and resolving discrepancies in invoices before client billing or following up on client queries Overseeing the preparation and distribution of all client reports: daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly, ensuring deadlines are metRequired Qualifications
To be considered for the Account Executive position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Previous experience in account management is preferred Experience in logistics or warehousing is advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Exceptional customer service abilities Strong commercial acumen Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levelsAdditional Information
