Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Account Administrator to join our administrative team at the Culina Group. As a key member of our Client Services Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the Account Executive in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients' Merchandisers and key contacts with queries on stock, customer orders, replenishment, and returns.
  • Support with wholesale despatches, including printing orders, completing paperwork, and maintaining labelling guidance.
  • Provide annual leave cover for the Account Executive and administration colleagues.
  • Develop strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.
  • Provide excellent customer service, both written and verbal.
