Our BusinessCorporate Risk and Broking (CRB) is one of the world's largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms. We offer a comprehensive range of services to clients across the globe, from small businesses to multinational corporations. Our expert services and support encompass risk assessment, risk management, and advisory, risk transfer and placement, and claim advocacy.
The RoleThe CRB Graduate Development Programme is a two-year program that provides the opportunity to develop a broad knowledge base, varied skills, and a diverse network. You'll work hands-on with senior leadership, gain client-facing exposure, and have the chance to make an impact and shape your own career. Our Global Marine business is one of the oldest and largest in the market, with a strong focus on innovative risk advice and global broking excellence.
What You'll Do- Work as a broker, intermediary in the insurance transaction, ensuring client needs are satisfied and building strong relationships with markets.
- Provide client servicing, being the first point of contact for clients in all aspects of their insurance program.
- Conduct analytics, working on project-based tasks, analyzing and manipulating data, and producing reports.
- Support business development, undertaking tasks to support and track the development of new business.
- Work on projects, requiring strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
You'll be supported by the Level 6 Senior Insurance Professional Apprenticeship Programme, a 36-39 month program that includes on-the-job training and a highly competitive study support package for the Advanced Diploma in Insurance. You'll be fully supported by WTW and our official government-approved Training Provider throughout the duration of the program.
