We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving profit targets while ensuring that our sales processes are followed and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Lead Management: Distribute and manage sales leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Customer Interaction: Meet customers at the negotiation stage of the sales process to provide a seamless buying experience.
- Finance and Administration: Produce finance quotes and proposals, conduct part-exchange appraisals and valuations, and assist the sales team with closing deals.
- Team Development: Review sales team activity, provide feedback, and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
- Business Analysis: Analyze current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance sales processes and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in the vehicle sales environment.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- A strong understanding of finance suppliers and packages.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- A full and valid driving license.
