Transaction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving profit targets while ensuring that our sales processes are followed and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities- Distribute and manage sales leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Meet with customers at the negotiation stage of the sales process to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
- Produce finance quotes and proposals to meet customer needs.
- Conduct part-exchange appraisals and valuations to ensure accurate pricing.
- Assist the sales team with closing deals and providing exceptional customer service.
- Review sales team activity and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Mentor and develop the sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Analyze current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist the management team in planning, forecasting, and revising plans for the dealership on an ongoing basis.
A proven track record in the vehicle sales environment is essential, along with excellent customer communication skills. This is an ideal role for a Senior Sales Executive looking to take their first step into Sales Management or someone who has previously held the position of either Transaction Manager or Business Manager. A strong understanding of finance suppliers and packages is essential, along with excellent negotiation skills and a full and valid driving license.
