Our client, iTalent Consultancy Ltd, is seeking a motivated and ambitious Telesales Team Leader to join their dynamic and growing team.

The successful candidate will play a dual role in leading the telesales team and actively participating in outbound sales calls, driving the team's performance, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of telesales staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, provide feedback, and support team development.
  • Make outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and set appointments for field-based consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and represent the business professionally.
  • Define and implement strategies for outbound calling and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies where needed.
  • Utilize the business CRM system to record and manage customer information accurately.
  • Support the field-based team in market research and participate in sales events as appropriate.
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with high levels of discipline and the ability to inspire the same in others.
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
