About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales professional to lead our sales team in the bakery industry. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for the development and support of a growing sales team, while leading by example by meeting and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and improve overall team performance.
- Provide guidance and insight to Sales Team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Book appointments for field agents to ensure effective sales coverage.
- Update and monitor the CRM system to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Meet and exceed personal KPIs, as well as ensure sales team targets are met as a collective.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years B2B Sales experience in the bakery industry.
- Solid experience using CRM software to track sales performance and manage customer relationships.
