Job Title: Production Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Team Leader to join our team at Geary's Bakeries Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and develop a team of Operatives to ensure the production of high-quality bread
* Ensure the Production team adheres to all processes and controls
* Adhere to a daily plan and communicate a daily shift report to the wider business
* Provide support and training to the team
* Liaise with labour agencies and provide feedback on performance and service level
* Deputise for the Shift Operations Manager when required

Requirements:

* Experience in food manufacturing, preferably in a bakery
* Good understanding of Food Safety and Health and Safety
* Flexible approach to working hours
