We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Team Leader to join our Admin Hub team at Team Relax. As an Admin Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Central Hub Manager in the management and smooth running of the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Managing and processing enrolments, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
  2. Registering learners with awarding bodies, adhering to strict deadline dates.
  3. Inputting data onto our Management Information System (MIS).
  4. Line managing Admin Assistants and supporting the HUB Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • English qualification equivalent to Functional Skills L2 or above.
  • Maths qualification equivalent to Functional Skills L2 or above.
  • Clerical/financial/administrative skills.
  • Customer care experience.
  • Minute-taking experience.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work and assign duties to team members.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure, within short deadlines.
  • Flexible and responsive attitude.
