About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Team Member. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Job Overview

Candidates will be hardworking, enjoy working in a retail environment, and have experience of cash handling and processing deliveries. Successful candidates will be provided with on-the-job training and gain essential transferable retail skills.

Package Description
  • Pay includes a non-contractual and non-transferable Regional Allowance (£1.00 per hour)
  • 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year including bank and public holiday allowance rising to 6.6 weeks upon 5 years' service

Terms and Conditions

Store Team Member rates of pay depend on age, ranging from £8.48 per hour for below 18-year-olds, £10.06 for 18-20 year olds, and £11.86 for those 21 and over (inclusive of hourly Regional Allowance). Available contracted hours are up to 20 hours per week, with shifts mainly involving cleaning duties between 4pm-8pm.
