About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Marie Curie. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales and stock generation, managing staff and volunteers, and ensuring the effective operation of our shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and stock generation strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash handling, and security procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
