About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Marie Curie. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail operations, driving sales and stock generation, and managing a team of staff and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and stock generation strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, cash handling, and security procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with the wider Marie Curie team to achieve business objectives and support the charity's mission.
