Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a first-class service to our customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Process customer orders, load and unload vehicles, and accurately book in deliveries in the branch warehouse.
  • Unload building products from supplier deliveries and maintain a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Assist with customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting heavy building materials.
