About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our Duty and Assessment Team in Salford. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to children, families, carers, and practitioners across the city.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with service users, ensuring their wishes, feelings, and beliefs are central to decision-making.
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to identify and address the needs of children and families.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the well-being and outcomes of service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to service delivery.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
