- A specialized 3-week induction period to get to know your colleagues and the Salford area.
- Individualized support, including additional 1-to-1 guidance with visits, assessments, supervision, and ongoing mentoring.
- Protected time for 1 training day per month, specifically for newly qualified Social Workers, alongside our training package for practitioners across all levels.
- Protected caseloads reviewed monthly.

- Up to 34 days' holiday per year (plus bank holidays).
