We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at Travelodge Liverpool Central. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating our hotel teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day hotel operations, including food and beverage service, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted action plans
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences
