About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Aloft Liverpool. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the hotel during night time hours, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Supervise night staff effectively, providing training to ensure a high level of customer service is provided
- Work alongside the Front Office Manager to manage staff performance
- Previous experience in hotel operations, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints effectively
