Hotel Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Hotel Support Team, based in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex operational and technical issues, and working closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to our UK hotels, resolving queries and issues via email and other communication channels.
- Work collaboratively with our Revenue team to ensure hotels understand the importance of overbooking and outbooking processes, ensuring a balance between commercial focus and customer experience.
- Produce daily reports to support our internal maintenance teams, prioritizing hotels with rooms offline to minimize lost revenue and customer dissatisfaction.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring that occupancy and revenue goals are met at every opportunity.
