As a Night Manager at Crowne Plaza, you'll be responsible for leading the way in managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations. You'll prioritize workload, ensure your team delivers authentic, memorable experiences, and develop their skills to drive results that positively impact hotel performance.
Our ideal candidate is a front desk/guest service leader with at least 2 years' experience, fluent in spoken and written English, and possessing basic mathematics skills. You'll also need excellent communication, problem-solving, reasoning, and motivational skills, as well as the ability to work long periods of standing in the front desk areas and occasional lifting of heavy items.
