About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer and Trading Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store during your shift, managing your team's performance and time, and demonstrating a decisive, organized, and inclusive approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run the shift during the day, managing your team's performance and time
  • Plan in advance, including shift patterns, product availability, and busy times throughout the day
  • Report into the Store Manager and work collaboratively with other managers to achieve store goals
  • Give a thorough handover to the next Manager at the end of every shift
