Job Opportunity

Central Employment is seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join their in-house Marketing & Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise marketing automation platforms to streamline efforts and improve efficiency.
  • Integrate marketing automation tools with CRM systems and other marketing technologies.
  • Develop automated workflows to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns aligned with business needs and lead generation objectives.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimise campaign performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to assess effectiveness.
  • Segment and manage automated marketing lists for targeted campaigns.
  • Analyse customer data to inform campaign strategies.
  • Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling content for automated campaigns.
  • Implement dynamic content and personalisation strategies.
  • Develop marketing automation strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing or marketing automation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
