Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a receptionist, working part-time at Tiptree Medical Centre. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring a smooth operation within our medical facility.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing appointment scheduling.
  • Welcoming patients upon arrival.
  • Addressing inquiries from patients and external organizations, and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Maintaining and updating patient records accurately.
  • Handling correspondence efficiently.
  • Communicating with patients through various channels.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service roles.
  • Prior experience in a reception capacity, particularly within a healthcare setting, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in IT and familiarity with computer systems.
  • Experience with SystmOne is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A positive demeanor when interacting with patients and visitors, whether in person or via phone.
