Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Receptionist to support our clinical teams and patients at Alliance Medical Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Healthcare environment and be able to meet and greet patients with a compassionate and enthusiastic demeanour.

Please note that we will be interviewing throughout the duration of this advert.

Main Duties of the Job

Our Receptionist will provide a pivotal role in supporting our clinical teams and patients to ensure the smooth running of the Centre. Based on reception, you will be working directly with patients in the clinical environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception duties
  • Supporting all incoming queries into the centre
  • Chaperoning
  • Bookings of appointments
  • Processing of patients via our E-Systems

Job Responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, a compassionate and enthusiastic demeanour, and a flexible, organised and enthusiastic attitude.

Experience in an administration role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

You must also be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience using Microsoft office
  • Skills of organising filing systems and computer files
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be both patient facing and using the telephone
  • IT literacy
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • The ability to multi task
