About the Role

Verra Mobility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their programs are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
    • Proactively engage with clients to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Program Health Analysis
    • Conduct regular analysis of program health metrics to identify areas of concern or opportunities for optimization.
    • Develop and implement recommendations to improve program health and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide critical client information.
    • Disseminate client performance metrics to stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Operations and Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal departments and business units to facilitate client requirements and maximize client success.
    • Respond to client requests in a timely manner and orchestrate the fulfillment of such requests.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • 5 years customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability
  • Proficiency with data analysis and self-directed research.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work cooperatively with cross-functional groups

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in related discipline
  • 2 years in account management or sales
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence software
  • Familiarity with photo enforcement in general
