**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced AV Technical Support Specialist to join our team at LA International Computer Consultants Ltd. As an AV Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our AV systems, including meeting rooms, board rooms, and auditoriums.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and plan events, service requests, and planned changes to ensure seamless operation of AV systems.
  • Provide technical support to users, including VIPs, executives, and senior management, and their support staff.
  • Take ownership of complex cases and manage end-to-end resolution.
  • Build key relationships with end users and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record of providing technical support to user estates, including director-level users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to resolve technical issues.
