About The Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Service Engineer to join our team at FNBB Services Corp. As an AV Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to clients, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues with AV equipment, including PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and retail equipment.
  • Perform desk-side support to clients as requested, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Assist other engineers in the delivery of technical support services to clients.
  • Utilize a mobile device to check and update allocated calls in a timely manner, achieving required commit times and reflecting actual work done in real-time.
  • Carry out AV repairs and printer repairs, as well as perform IMAC projects with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in 24/7 coverage via a rota system, ensuring that technical support services are available to clients at all times.
  • Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of common software products and technical equipment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AV service engineering, technical support, or a related field.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of AV equipment, software, and hardware.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
