Your Role:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, assisting them in navigating their inquiries and providing appropriate solutions. Your goal will be to facilitate a seamless experience for our clients, empowering them with the resources they need to maximize their use of GoHenry. You will engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, in-app messaging, and email.
Work Schedule:
This position offers permanent part-time opportunities with a consistent shift pattern, ensuring stability in your work schedule.
- Option 1: Sunday 12-8 & Monday hours
- Option 2: Friday 8-4 & Saturday hours
Training and Development:
We are committed to your success and will provide focused training to enhance your knowledge and system navigation skills before you join the main team. This training period can last between 6 to 10 weeks, depending on your progress and confidence levels. Following this, we will offer ongoing training to keep you updated and equipped to handle incoming queries effectively. Our aim is to help you develop valuable, transferable skills that can advance your career, along with opportunities to earn recognized qualifications if desired.
Most importantly, we prioritize giving you the time needed to offer our customers thoughtful and patient solutions, ensuring a positive experience for both you and them.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service from sectors such as contact centers, financial services, retail, or hospitality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems while guiding customers towards effective resolutions.
- A genuine passion for building rapport and delivering exceptional service that positively impacts our customers.
