Job Title: IS Client Support Specialist

Proactive Appointments Limited is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IS Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to employees across all European offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Monitor and manage incident tickets through our ticketing system, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
  • Assist in local projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain the company PC image, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all devices.
  • Prepare and configure new devices for employees, adhering to our refresh program and company standards.
  • Manage PC and iPhone inventory, including procurement, support, and updates.
  • Implement and maintain Windows OS and Office updates, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Oversee software vulnerability management, utilizing Defender365 to secure company devices.
  • Deploy approved software tools through automated systems, ensuring efficient and secure implementation.
  • Review and resolve device backup issues through Redstor PRO, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Monitor and resolve anti-malware protection issues, diagnosing and resolving problems promptly.
  • Under instruction, maintain, install, replace, and configure server and network equipment in server rooms.
