About the Role

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our team at Falch GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and control budgets to ensure profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Technical education and several years of experience in direct sales of technical capital equipment
  • Previous experience in the renovation or industrial cleaning industry
  • Excellent technical understanding and pragmatic hands-on mentality
  • Pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and leadership
  • English language proficiency on native speaker level
