The Role: Safe Digs Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Safe Digs Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safe execution of civil engineering projects by managing the process of identifying potential underground utilities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage a list of civil works requiring Safe Dig prints.
  • Analyze job packs to accurately determine the locations for required works.
  • Generate Line Search before you dig prints and other essential utility prints.
  • Identify jobs that fall within a Zone of Interest and escalate them to the designated ZOI Controller for further assessment.
  • Approve jobs outside the Zone of Interest, enabling civil works planning.
  • Adhere to MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd.'s company handbook, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies regarding data protection, data security, cybersecurity, and access to collected, processed, and stored data.
  • Provide support to the company in maintaining compliance with current data protection and information security laws.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
