At MJ Quinn, we are thrilled to announce a new opportunity for a Utility Coordination Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role will be situated at our Head Office in Knowsley, adhering to a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5pm.

As a Utility Coordination Administrator, your responsibilities will include reviewing project documentation and verifying the appropriate locations for upcoming works. You will conduct precise line searches and obtain relevant utility prints for designated areas, identifying projects that fall within the Zone of Interest and escalating them to the Hot Job Monitor for further evaluation.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust administrative capabilities and proficiency in various office software applications, particularly Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize tasks from a list of civil engineering assignments requiring safe dig prints
- Review project documentation to determine accurate locations for required works
- Execute line searches prior to excavation and generate other necessary prints
- Assess whether a project is within a Zone of Interest and escalate appropriately to the ZOI Controller
- Approve projects that do not fall within a Zone of Interest to facilitate civil work planning
- Comply with MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd.'s Handbook, Policies, and Procedures
- Adhere to all relevant company policies regarding data protection, data security, and access to information
- Support the organization in maintaining compliance with current data protection and information security regulations
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
