MJ Quinn, a leading national organisation, is seeking a Safe Digs Administrator to join their team. This role will be based at their Head Office in Knowsley, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications like Excel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reading job packs and confirming the correct location for works
  • Running accurate line search and relevant utility prints for the correct area
  • Identifying jobs that fall within the Zone of Interest and escalating to the Hot Job Monitor for further assessment
  • Signing off jobs that do not fall within a Zone of Interest to enable civils work to be planned
  • Complying with MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd.'s company Handbook, Policies and Procedures
  • Adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures addressing data protection, data security, cyber security, and access to data and information collected, processed, and stored by the company

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Experience working within an administrative position
  • Confidence using MS Office Packages
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
